All return requests are to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery, and are valid for refund or exchange.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the original condition. All original tags must still be attached.
HGN has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. There are no refunds on jewelry, swimwear, or hats.

All jewelry and hats purchased are eligible for exchange only. Any items purchased on sale or as a 'promo' are eligible for exchange only.

All swimwear and any merchandise purchased at a sale price of 50% off or higher is a FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for refunds and exchanges. Please be advised, if your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING, your return/credit amount will be less the shipping cost.

Email us at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete a short form describing you reason for return.
Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by HGN within 7 days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders, and 7 days for international orders. Any issues with shipments including defects must be addressed within 7 days of delivery receipt and emailed to [email protected] After the 7-day period, we will not be held responsible for shipment issues or defects.

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via post office with tracking. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. HGN does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
